At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please note that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, etc.

However in case:

  1. The product arrives damaged.
  2. There is an error with the print or customization.
  3. There is an issue caused during delivery (e.g., missing or incorrect items).

If you experience any of these issues, our store offers a free reprint or a refund please contact us support@pandagifts.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photos and a detailed explanation of the problem to help us resolve the matter promptly.
